1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged
Product received is defective
Wrong product delivered
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused
Item must be in original packaging
Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Wrong product selected by customer
Minor color or design variation (due to screen display differences)
3. Return Process
To request a return, contact us with:
Order ID
Product photos (if damaged/wrong item)
Issue description
After verification, we will provide return or replacement instructions.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only if:
Returned product is received and inspected
OR
Return is approved but pickup is not possible
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
5. Replacement Policy
If replacement is available, we may send a replacement product instead of refund.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only if they are not processed or shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
7. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Return shipping may be covered only if product is damaged or wrong item sent
